Tech startups, great allies of fashion companies during the crisis

Atelier by ISEM, the startup accelerator of ISEM Fashion Business School, selects the participants of its IV edition.

08 | 02 | 2021

The startup accelerator FashTech of ISEM Fashion Business School presents its IV edition where the technological level of the participating projects has increased compared to past editions, as well as its international character, with startups from Georgia, Israel and Colombia. This was expressed by the Advocates of Atelier by ISEM: Aristocrazy, Multiópticas, IKEA, Tendam, El Corte Inglés, Camper, Bóboli, El Ganso, Mayoral, Desigual, T2T Solutions and Pepe Jeans.

The presentation was also attended by the mentors that the meta-partner Accenture offers to the program, as well as representatives of the counselors, who advise the startups in different areas, such as financing, communication, branding, legal aspects...

Among the chosen startups, we can find some solutions such as a platform that facilitates the management of online returns; an Artificial Intelligence application and algorithmic functions that predict the future scenarios of the company; the possibility of being able to see the product in 3D through a cell phone; or the contribution of greater value for retailers by exploiting data through Machine and Deep Learning techniques.

A total of 12 national and international companies are participating as Advocates in Atelier by ISEM.

New this year: more international startups and new company advocates

During the last edition, Atelier already had the participation of several international startups and, on this occasion, the international character of the call has been expanded with entrepreneurial projects from countries such as Georgia, Israel and Colombia.

Also in this IV edition, two new advocates have joined the Atelier ecosystem. On the one hand, the provider of solutions in design and production of clothing collections, T2T Solutions, and the well-known Spanish fashion brand Desigual. "Atelier is that space where we can connect and find startups that provide solutions to our needs and create those potential vectors of change within the fashion world," explains Javier Fernandez, Technology Innovation Leader at Desigual.

Accenture participates as a meta-partner in Atelier by ISEM.
