Jaime Garrastazu, founding partner of Pompeii, accompanied the students of the Executive Master in Fashion Business Management during the Christmas Cup and gave a lecture in which he revealed the formula for success: "Success is achieved with 90% work, 9% luck and 1% talent".

"Pompeii has taught me that to get to the top you have to work, work and work," insisted Garrastazu. He also encouraged the students not to be afraid of failure: "You have to ask yourselves at all times why you do what you do and if something doesn't motivate you, give it up".

In this sense, he explained that his brand of sneakers "started without resources for advertising and we decided not to be afraid to try something different on the Internet: to create a conversation from the public to the brand, and not the other way around". And it worked: in their first year they billed more than half a million euros.

After the conference, students and professors enjoyed the traditional Christmas Cup at the new ISEM Fashion Business School headquarters.
