More than 20 Spanish and international companies participate in the event, which takes place in the Amigos de la Universidad building.
The University of Navarra celebrates today, 14th, the XXI edition of the Employment Forum.. This event with Navarrese university students, which has been attended by more than 20 Spanish and international companies, has become the oldest in Spain in the work of mediation between the University and the Company.
During the meeting, organized by Fundación Empresa-Universidad de Navarra, the students will be able to meet first-hand the participating companies, which are located in different stands in the Amigos building from 9 am to 2 pm. The companies, including Mercadona, Europraxis and Mondelez International, will also work on selection processes, group dynamics and interviews, and will carry out psycho-professional tests.
In this way, students can find out what profiles are in demand by companies, receive guidance, and gain experience to help them enter the labor market. The companies, for their part, get to know the most suitable candidates to fill their jobs.
Prior to the Forum, a preparatory session was held on Tuesday, February 12, to enable participating students to make the most of this opportunity.
