A total of 15 startups participated in the final selection for the II edition of Atelier by ISEM last December 20th at the new headquarters of ISEM Fashion Business School-University of Navarra. The event brought together advocates, startups and counselors, and the project managers offered by Accenture to lead the acceleration were also present.
Among the innovative proposals we can find two startups that put Artificial Intelligence (AI) at the service of fashion; the Netflix and AmazonGo of Spanish fashion; a company that allows you to customize in 3D any virtual product; RFID technology to control stocks efficiently; and even an online platform for freelance talent management specialized in fashion.
These stratups will have the opportunity to work with the advocates of Atelier by ISEM: Adolfo Domínguez, Aristocrazy, Boboli, Camper, El Corte Inglés, El Ganso, Mango, Mayoral, Pepe Jeans and Tendam. The opportunity that many entrepreneurs were looking for: that the big companies in the fashion industry open their doors and allow them to test their innovations in real life.
New this year: fitbit and cases
New features of this second edition include a pilot study to monitor the health and lifestyles of entrepreneurs and, secondly, the commitment that all projects, regardless of their success, will be documented with a business case that will allow the dissemination of knowledge in subsequent editions.
The objectives of the health study," explains David Luquin, head of Atelier by ISEM, "are to provide tools to the program's mentors and the entrepreneurs themselves to avoid health problems and burnout situations. To this end, the entrepreneurs will be equipped with Fitbit bracelets to monitor changes in their schedules, sleep (quantity and quality), physical activity, and cardiac health".
Atelier by ISEM has 10 companies advocates, referents in the Spanish fashion sector.
