Borja Vázquez and Rafael Medina, founders and directors of Scalpers, together with Jaime Puyol, commercial director of the firm, were in charge of giving the inaugural conference of the XI promotion of the Executive Master in Fashion Business Management of ISEM Fashion Business School.

During the talk, they pointed out some of the keys to their company's success: "Being in a leading multi-brand opens doors to other markets, so we try to choose these points of sale very well," said Borja Vázquez.
"We have helped young people to wear a tie or a handkerchief. We want these accessories to stop being associated with older people, so we try to give them a touch of freshness," said Rafael Medina, who is in charge, among other functions, of the creative part.
For his part, Jaime Puyol emphasized that "to be able to internationalize, it is necessary to have a good business structure in one's own market", adding that "although there are often difficulties, developing a passion makes everything easier".
Students of 10 nationalities make up the new graduating class. The group is characterized by the heterogeneity of the degrees of origin: Business Administration and Management; Architecture; Education Sciences; Political Science and Administration; Audiovisual Communication; Law; Fashion Design; Economics; International Studies; English Philology; Philosophy; Business Development Engineering; Building Engineering; Journalism; Advertising and Public Relations; and Labor Relations and Human Resources.
