Philip Moscoso, professor at IESE, gave a lecture on "Fashion 20-20" as part of the "Business & Design" conference at ISEM Fashion Business School-University of Navarra. The conference, organized by the business school, was part of the program of the 69th edition of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Madrid.

During the session, Philip Moscoso gave a brief overview of the current economic outlook and, based on his analysis, examined the trends and expectations of the fashion industry for the future. Moscoso reviewed major questions such as the digitalization of fashion companies, the evolution of the sales channel mix, the new generation of buyers or the convergence of markets in the fashion business.

Regarding the new generation of shoppers, he unveiled some of the trends that will guide the behavior of the new consumer: the collaborative economy, social sensitivities and environmental impact. In general, according to the IESE professor: "Both millennials and Generation Z are more sensitive than their predecessors to everything that is happening around them, and these concerns will increase with the coming generations.

As part of the Madrid catwalk program, ISEM Fashion Business School also hosted the fashion show by Jesús Lorenzo for Greenlandia. The designer presented the collection "Back to University", inspired by the university lifestyle, a nod to the link that the creator has with the academic world, as he is a professor at ISEM and in the degree of Design at the University of Navarra.

Also, as part of the School's commitment to entrepreneurs in the fashion sector, an exhibition of small emerging Spanish fashion brands such as Spanish&Sisters, Sophie&Lucie, Valentina Garí and Trixi Kids, among others, was presented.
