In this sense, Adriana Domínguez commented that she came to the company four years ago to continue leading this transformation and "to turn the company around completely". Based on her own experience, she encouraged the students to take the plunge into the work environment "because you learn from the challenges that life puts in your way".
In addition, Adriana Domínguez stressed that "people and companies today want to work with a purpose" and this has led to "the growing trend to humanize the workspace that is driven from the younger generations". The Adolfo Domínguez company is already working with these ideas and is committed to the path of sustainability and traceability, "in the last 3 seasons we have been learning all together about sustainability and we have gone from 1% to 25% of clothing with sustainability certificates".
