The University of Navarra has an Internal Quality Assurance System (SAIC) whose objective is to systematize the review and improvement of the degrees it offers. The SAIC includes the planning and design of the educational offer, the review and evaluation of its development and the decision making for continuous improvement. The SAIC also contributes to compliance with the regulatory requirements for verification, monitoring and accreditation of official degrees.
ISEM Fashion Business School considers it essential to guarantee the quality of the degree and the services it offers. As a reflection of this commitment, it has established an Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS). The IQAS of ISEM Fashion Business School includes a reduced set of procedures of the AUDIT program of the ANECA.
This document systematically gathers the activities developed by ISEM Fashion Business School in order to enhance the quality and continuous improvement of the official degree program and the services it offers.
With the incorporation of review and continuous improvement strategies, ISEM Fashion Business School aims to develop and control its actions, review and redefine them according to the needs and expectations of its stakeholders.
ISEM Fashion Business School has a Quality Assurance Committee that coordinates the tasks of planning and monitoring of the IQAS. The Quality Assurance Committee also acts as a vehicle for communication of the quality policy and objectives of ISEM Fashion Business School, ensuring compliance and dissemination among the university community.
Operating rules:
→ The processing of the information received is completely confidential.
→ Only data provided by users of the suggestion box that are respectful, truthful, accurate, complete and up to date will be taken into account.
→ The person in charge of supervising the mailbox forwards the suggestions, claims, complaints and congratulations received to the person in charge of each process (according to annex 3 of the SP1).
→ The person in charge of each process responds to the user at the sender's e-mail address and also assesses the inclusion of the complaint or suggestion in the corresponding results analysis report.
