The PADEM is designed to develop a 360º vision of the fashion business from a general management perspective. The contents of the program are oriented to the development of your strategic leadership: a global vision of the company, a greater diagnostic capacity, an innovative vision that will allow you to make better decisions, and all the tools to successfully execute the strategy.

PADEM students have the opportunity to complete their training with a week in New York, taking the Fashion Business iQ: an Insight in the Fashion Industry program.
This is an intensive course aimed at learning about the specific characteristics of the fashion system in the USA, as well as global business trends in that market. The program will take place during one week in July in New York.
Admission Form
Fill in the admission form that you must return to us together with the required documentation (photocopy of ID card, 2 letters of recommendation and 3 passport size photos).
Personal interview
Once we receive all the documentation, the program manager will contact you for a personal interview.
